Marketing Cheshire is responsible for building an effective tourism and place marketing strategy, promoting the sub-region nationally and internationally to business and leisure visitors, and investors.
Cheshire has an exciting and evolving tourism product, with Chester Zoo recognised as the third best zoo in the world and the most visited tourist attraction in the UK outside of London, Jodrell Bank a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet the biggest shopping centre of its kind in Britain, and the heritage city of Chester, home to the largest Roman amphitheatre in the country and housed within the world's most complete Roman walls.

Joe Manning
Deputy Chief Executive, Cheshire and Warrington LEP, Chief Executive, Marketing Cheshire
Joe is the Deputy Chief Executive of the LEP and also leads the team at Marketing Cheshire, as Chief Executive.

Commercial Director
Nicola is responsible for the leading of marketing and communications for Marketing Cheshire and the LEP to position Cheshire and Warrington as a great place to live, invest and visit.

Executive Assistant
Sharon is responsible for providing a professional support service to Joe Manning and the Marketing Cheshire board.

Head of Sales
Ashley is responsible for managing key associations and stakeholders across Cheshire and leading on partner communications,

Fiona Bebbington
Head of Corporate Events
Fiona is responsible for the management, co-ordination and delivery of corporate events for the LEP and Marketing Cheshire. Fiona also manages marketing for business visits and events and travel trade.

Leanne Eaton
Sales & Partnership Manager
Leanne is responsible for advertising sales including digital and print, and also partner relations.

Rachael is responsible for the Growth Hub's marketing strategy as well as the strategy and delivery of various business-oriented communications and engagement activities for the LEP.

Victoria is responsible for overseeing the campaign strategy and planning for Marketing Cheshire.

Tom is responsible for shaping marketing campaigns and materials for Marketing Cheshire and the LEP, specialising in content creation including copywriting, design, and digital delivery.
