Hospitality Based Work Academy
Recruitment initiative for the hospitality sector in Cheshire and Warrington
JobCentre Plus, Springboard and partners have put together a ‘Hospitality Based Work Academy’ to help the hospitality sector in Chester, Cheshire, and Warrington with recruitment. This initiative has been implemented to train local, unemployed people to ensure they can enter the hospitality workplace with a degree of official training behind them. This funded training is designed to allow the individual to hit the ground running, assisting your business from day one.
How to get involved:
- Participate in a mock interview and help participants gain interview experience with a real employer. This is also a great opportunity for you to talent spot.
- Host work placements for a few hours/one shift to gain the participant real experience.
- Offer an interview for a live vacancy
- Recruit directly from participants who have completed the course, and are work-ready.
