Transport and connectivity will be central to achieving Cheshire and Warrington’s aspirations for growth and supporting economic development.

Effective transport networks will be crucial for the continued success of the sub region as an attractive place in which to live and do business. To achieve the economic objectives of the organisation and deliver a £50bn economy in Cheshire and Warrington by 2040, an integrated programme of transport improvements will be needed over the short, medium and long term.
