Help us make Cheshire and Warrington a great place for the future

Are you aged between 18 and 30 and living in Cheshire or Warrington?

Would you like to help us make Cheshire and Warrington a great place for young people to live, work and study?

Cheshire and Warrington have been great places to live and work for many years. We have some incredible industries, such as life sciences, advanced manufacturing, clean energy, and financial services. The area also has some fabulous leisure activities and green spaces to enjoy as well.

Yet we face some big challenges to keep our economy growing.

Many of our current work force may retire in the next few years, and we need to attract and retain enough people to fill all the (well paid) jobs we are creating. We want the help of some enthusiastic young people, who can spend one or two days a month working with us, to help us put in place the things that will encourage people to choose Cheshire and Warrington when they think about where they want to live and work.

There are no specific skills for these roles, just commitment and enthusiasm; young people who want to make a difference.

You might be in work, setting up and running your own business, an apprentice, a student (possibly studying away from Cheshire and Warrington) or unemployed.

Whatever your position, we are interested in hearing your ideas and welcome applications from diverse backgrounds. This is a great opportunity to have your say.

If you are interested, please download our information pack. Or if you would like to talk to someone for more information please contact Kirstin McCallum, HR Advisor, on 07506 478 672, or via email at hr@cheshireandwarrington.com
