What have you/your organisation done to be more inclusive and drive change?

I’m the founder and CEO of The Millennial Introvert Lifestyle, a business that thrives on a passion for curating knowledge and that is intent on carving out space in the ED&I market. Our main aim is to ensure the budding foundations and architecture of the ED&I movement can continue to make a lasting, necessary impact that benefits generations to come.

What would an international future that is diverse, equitable and inclusive mean to you?

An international future that is diverse, equitable and inclusive would mean that ED&I is centred in organisations. It would mean the biggest hurdles to minority groups succeeding in business are called out and addressed explicitly. It would mean that strong investments are made by companies and organisations with a commitment to ED&I to set the pace for influencing the present and shaping the future. It would mean a seat at the table for everyone to succeed.
