Work with us to deliver Skills Bootcamps

Enterprise Cheshire & Warrington (ECW) are currently working with Training Providers and Employers to fund a wide variety of Skills Bootcamp in Wave 6 (funding for financial year 25/26).

We are looking for experienced training providers who can deliver Skills Bootcamps at minimum Level 2 (Construction, Rail & HGV only) or Level 3 to Level 5 for up to 16 weeks. 

What you’ll need to deliver

• Complete a structured Careers, Employment, Information and Guidance approach with individuals

• Deliver training that has been designed and developed with local employers to address the needs of local businesses and the wider Cheshire & Warrington economy
• Flexible training arranged around people’s lives to allow those currently in work, looking for work, or with caring or other responsibilities to take part
• Work with employers, learners, and ECW to gather data as part of the DfE funding requirements

ECW are looking to offer Skills Bootcamps in the following areas: 

• Digital 
• Technical 
• Construction 
• Logistics
• Green Skills
• Professional Services
• Health and Care
• Fitness
• Education
• Lab Skills

Other - We are also open to receive applications looking to pilot an alternative Skills Bootcamp area, subject to strong local employer demand and support, as well as strong alignment to our Local Data and Labour Market Intelligence.  E.g. Health & Social Care, Finance, Hospitality etc

The 2 stage application process;

Stage one – Tell us about:

• Your organisation
• Your delivery experience
• Your Skills Bootcamp idea and the LMI that substantiates a need for the programme
• How you will engage with learners
• The Employers that are endorsing the proposed programme

Stage two– Information required:

• Structure of the proposed Skills Bootcamp
• How you will market the programme
• Evidence from the Employers that are endorsing the proposed programme
