The Pledge Partnership gives employers direct access to work with young people, schools, and youth groups. Allowing employers to build visibility of their company, promote industry sectors and develop long-standing relationships with schools to build a talent pipeline.
The Pledge Partnership is a fully funded programme and is part of the Local Enterprise Partnership for Cheshire and Warrington we operate across the sub region and have nine different pledge areas. With 100% mainstream schools and nearly 400 organisations engaged with the Pledge, the team works hard to understand employers’ objectives and match opportunities accordingly. Companies get involved for a variety of reasons; to enhance Corporate Social Responsibility agenda; Increase workforce diversity; Expand business networks; Build a local workforce and give back to the community. Whatever the reason there is no ongoing commitment and we will work with you flexibly.
