Many thanks to Marketing Cheshire team for a fantastic FAM trip recently which led to us taking a group to the Chester Grosvenor Pulford and Spa Hotel for a 2 day event. The additional information about the area, travel, places to eat etc provided by the bureau makes it easy to satisfy all the differing requirements demanded by the clients.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the Meet in Cheshire team with our recent conference in Warrington. Not only did they manage our registration desk, they provided travel advice, assisted delegates with any questions they had, looked after our exhibitors when required and created lovely badges for all of our attendees. All in all a job very well done. They truly were interested in helping ensure our event went smoothly and they added just the right amount of professionalism and class any organiser requires. We were looking to relocate our annual two day conference from Cumbria to Chester and Marketing Cheshire provided an excellent service in narrowing down the choice of venues to suit our requirements, saving us a lot of time and effort, as we are all volunteers. Once we had decided on the final three venues, they arranged visits and accompanied us to the venues before helping us make our final choice. I would have no hesitation in using their services to find suitable venues in the Cheshire area.

I decided to organise a conference and when looking at venues and prices I realised the enormous task I had ahead of me. This is where Marketing Cheshire and Ashley in particular came in, without their help and support I am pretty sure I would not have gone ahead with the conference, instead I found a beautiful venue that met all my requirements and at a cost that was within my budget. Nothing was too much trouble and they were in constant communication with me to ensure everything went smoothly. I look forward to working with Marketing Cheshire again.

The support from Marketing Cheshire facilitated the introduction process and helped us to liaise effectively with the different providers. In particular a free Welcome Drinks reception at Chester Cathedral was organised, for delegates and speakers, by Marketing Cheshire. This was a great success and judging by feedback very much enjoyed by our delegates. They were particularly impressed by the venue. Marketing Cheshire also provided valuable support during the conference in issuing tickets for the various activities on offer for the free day on 18th June and generally providing tourist information for delegates wishing to find their own way around the local attractions. Following the conference delegates have been very complimentary about the conference venue, the social programme and in particular Chester itself, with many vowing to return to Chester in future. Marketing Cheshire did a great job promoting the City and its attractions whilst effectively supporting our administrative team. It was a real pleasure meeting you and the team. Please thank them all very much for their support, it really was appreciated. I will definitely come back to you if we are ever asked to stage a conference again in the future.

I really cannot thank you enough for all your help and support over the past couple of days and, indeed, over the past eighteen months while we were planning this event. You have been unstintingly helpful and kind and supportive and, on behalf of the association, I would like to say how very much everyone enjoyed staying in Chester, at such nice hotels, the supper at the Queen Hotel (despite the rain!), and the wonderful AGM and lunch at the Town Hall. The lunch at the Town Hall was absolutely marvellous and the staff were superb.　 We felt especially privileged to be joined by the Lord Mayor of Chester who welcomed us so warmly to the city and to the building and who shared with us her knowledge of the history of Chester and of the building. Would you be good enough to let her office know how very much we appreciated her making time to join us and thank them for making all the arrangements.　 Thank you also for coming to help on the day and for making yourself so available to me and colleagues.
