With over a decade of board-level experience and a strong entrepreneurial background, Paul leads Taylor Estates, owning and managing commercial properties across the North West. As President of the Warrington Chamber of Commerce and Vice Chair of Cheshire Business Leaders, he is committed to driving economic growth, business connectivity, and regional development. Paul’s leadership spans multiple sectors, including his roles as Chair of LiveWire CIC, Warrington Arts Council and Warrington Charities Trust, where he focuses on health and wellbeing, the arts and support for local charities. Passionate about collaboration, he works hard to create opportunities that benefit businesses and communities across Cheshire, Warrington, and the wider North West.
