Maggie is a serial entrepreneur and linguist, CEO, Girls in Charge, OxICE, and shutup.dance.

Maggie co-founded the non-profit organisation Girls in Charge Initiative which helps young women build their confidence and entrepreneurial skills. She is a strong advocate for female and student entrepreneurship, as well as for representation in business and policy.
