Jan joins the BAB in an ex-officio role on behalf of a Business Representative Organisation

Jan is also Chair of the Chester Business Club and a member of the Institute of Directors.  She served for 9 years as non-executive Director of Muir Group Housing Association Ltd and member of its Group Audit & Risk Committee.

Having worked for several years before qualifying as a solicitor, including a period as a manager at a limited company under administrative receivership, her first-hand business experience gives her a valuable insight to clients’ problems.

Since 2001 she has been Secretary of Chester Regatta, the oldest regatta in the world.
