Gaurav currently serves as Chairman of Think Energy Group, a private-equity backed renewable energy services business, and also as Chairman of the Bolesworth Estate, which comprises substantial real estate holdings and business interests including leisure and events across Cheshire. 

His previous experience includes working at senior level within entrepreneurial corporate businesses such as the Virgin Group and Bibby Line Group where he worked closely with the owners to shape strategy and drive growth through intelligent investment activity. He has also served on the board of a number of not-for-profit organisations including Manchester University Hospitals Foundation Trust and Life Leisure, where he was Chairman.
