The UK’s Highest Altitude Distillery

The Forest Distillery is a unique place where the Bond Family and their small team lovingly produce small batches of spirits of the very highest quality at their distillery high above the clouds in the Peak District National Park. Located at the 209 year old Cat & Fiddle above Macclesfield forest, they are officially the UK’s highest altitude distillery. The site now daily produces batches of single malt Forest Whisky, and the award winning Forest Gin.

The distillery bar is a fabulous, unique venue to hold your team meetings/conferences, with seating available for up to 60 guests. Their wonderful team will provide you with hot drinks & freshly baked pastries (of course fine spirits, beers & wines are available if you prefer), or if you fancy something a little more, why not have one of their hearty, award winning pies. Every meeting or function is treated as a bespoke event so they deliver to your individual requirements and tailor your needs.

Try the award-winning spirits, and learn all about how it's made, take a look into the 200 year old cellars where you’ll find their whisky  sleeping, and then head into their distillery and see where the magic happens! Followed by lunch and exclusive use of their distillery bar.
