Caribbean restaurant and bar, Turtle Bay, is delighted to announce that it will be officially opening on Thursday 24th October at Chester Northgate.
Turtle Bay is on the hunt for hospitality hopefuls to join the new Chester team with the restaurant set to create 55 jobs for the city. The search will culminate with two recruitment days taking place on the 25th and 26th September at the Crowne Plaza, Trinity Street, Chester, CH1 2BD.
Turtle Bay will be serving up its legendary rum, reggae and jerk which will be its first in Cheshire. Menu highlights will include its signature Jerk Chicken, Curry Goat, Shack Stack Burger, Seafood Soul Bowl and an array of small plate options like Crispy Chilli Squid, Sweetcorn Fritters, Trini Doubles, and Mac & Cheese Bites. Turtle Bay’s famous cocktail menu will serve up a slice of island life as refreshing classics get a tropical twist - the sundowner menu includes the Beach Zombie, Rum Sour and Rude Boy Revival.

As Turtle Bay gears up to join Chester’s vibrant hospitality community the team are hiring across all positions including waiters, bartenders, commis chefs, and chef de parties. From crafting their tried-and-triumphed selection of punchy rum-based cocktails, cooking up a storm at the jerk pit BBQ, or serving their trademark Caribbean-inspired menu, both full-time and part-time roles are currently available.
