Lostock Sustainable Energy Plant To Hold Meet The Buyer and Jobs Fair Events
Events to showcase job and supplier opportunities
CNIM, the engineering construction procurement contractor for the Lostock Sustainable Energy development, will hold a double event on November 17 and 18.
CNIM, are entering the second phase of the construction programme. As a result, CNIM is now in a position to engage with local people looking for construction roles and local businesses who can provide construction services.
The Jobs Fair and a Meet the Buyer events will take place in the Conservatory Room of the Mere Court Hotel and Conference Centre, Warrington Road, Mere, near Knutsford.
The Jobs Fair event will take place on 17th November 2021 14:00-19:00
The event will provide an opportunity for local people to drop in and find out about construction related job opportunities during the development, with CNIM and various partners and sub-contractors. It will also enable people to register their interest in any potential employment vacancies.
Available roles will be filled during various stages over the coming months, and vacancies will be advertised via the Lostock Sustainable Energy Plant website.

The Meet The Buyer event will take place on Thursday 18th November 2021 10:30 – 18:30.
The event will provide an opportunity to meet with the procurement teams and explore opportunities to bid for the contracts that will be offered over the course of the project.
You can register for the event by following this link, where you can book a time slot to meet with a relevant member of the procurement team. If you are not able to pre-register you may still be provided with a slot on the day. However, please note, there may be a waiting time until an appropriate member of the procurement team becomes available.
