This course has been a great boost to my confidence
As someone with a longstanding interest in IT I had been looking for a way of re-entering the job market doing something that made use of my skillset. One of the core attractions of the course for me was that it leads to getting an industry-recognised IT support certification with additional support and a guaranteed interview at the end of the process.
The course all went very smoothly, except for the occasional (almost inevitable) technical hitch with Microsoft Teams. I was able to hit the ground running on the course from day one thanks to the efforts of the incredible team at Code Nation.
The standard of teaching has been consistently excellent. I very much appreciated the efforts of everyone that I’ve interacted with at CodeNation to foster a sense of being part of an inclusive and supportive community of learners. Particularly impressive were the efforts that our teachers would make to encourage some of the less confident members ofthe group to contribute and engage with the activities.
On occasions where we were dealing with complex problems in our lab activities we were encouraged to seek help from our peers and find solutions together. In addition to the aforementioned excellent standard of teaching and support doing this course has been a great boost to my confidence in my technical abilities. I felt valued as a member of the learning community, and enjoyed being able to contribute to our collective goals.
