Commercial property firm Bolton Birch has announced a new retailer Milby’s, an exclusive drinks shop in the heart of Chester in Godstall Lane, between Eastgate Street and St. Werburgh Street, Chester’s prime retail area.
Godstall Lane is home to the established and successful Duttons Wine Bar and Restaurant, Zen Beauty and The Botanist Bar, alongside other artisan and boutique shops for which Chester is becoming famous.
The retail unit is 211 sq ft (19.6 sq m) with a kitchen and WC and has a lease below the minimum threshold for business rates meaning 100% Small Business Rates Relief.
