Artezzan launches new A/W menu

Artezzan, Chester’s modern and authentic Mediterranean restaurant, have launched their new Autumn / Winter menu full of classic dishes and reimaginings of guests' well-loved favourites.

Located on Chester’s Pepper Street, the new menu launch comes fresh off the back of a fortnight of award wins for Artezzan, having been awarded ‘Best Large Restaurant’ by Taste Cheshire and ‘Best Restaurant in Chester’ at the English Business Awards. With so many amazing Cheshire based businesses in the running for the awards, the team at Artezzan were beyond honoured to be chosen after just a year of operating in the city.

Spearheading the new menu is executive chef Lee Adams in collaboration with head chef Jade Cheema, who’ve taken inspiration from the Mediterranean to create a new a la carte menu that has the most delicious, warming dishes for the season. Using only the best seasonal ingredients this new menu brings brand new tastes and flavours to Artezzan to give guests a true autumnal taste of the Med.

Long-standing guest favourites remain on the menu like the Red Snapper fillet and the Grand Carbonara, which has fast become a must try due to the authenticity and spectacle of the preparation. These are now joined by new options like the Terra et Mer sirloin steak, Pork Saltimbocca and Whole Salt Baked Bream, which paired with seasonal sides are a great addition to the already very popular menu.

The new menu not only sees the launch of new dishes but a whole new initiative. Artezzan Simply Giving will see a local charity chosen every quarter to receive a donation based on the sales of a specific dish. ShareShop Chester has been chosen as the inaugural charity, with them receiving 25p from every Paella de Tierra sold until the end of the year. To be considered for next quarter, charities and organisations can nominate themselves via the form on the ‘Contact’ section of the website.

Of the new menu, director Jim Dorrington said ‘At Artezzan it’s not only about the freshness of the food, it’s about the freshness of the menu, with new dishes created to not only engage new guests but continue to entice our regulars. We’re very lucky to have Lee and Jade to put together dishes that truly do delight. As we keep evolving, we’re excited to get closer to our local community with the Simply Giving initiative, a value close to our heart and key to our ‘all about you’ company ethos.’
