A True Taste of the Med - Artezzan Restaurant and Bar Launches New Menu

11/05/2023

Shortlisted for Newcomer of the year at the Catey Awards.

Artezzan Restaurant and Bar are thrilled to announce the launch of their new Spring / Summer menu,
developed by Executive Chef Lee Adams and Head Chef Jade Cheema.

The new menu has been created to evoke memories of beach holidays, sunset meals and cocktails by the
sea, whilst showcasing the best fresh, seasonal produce that Cheshire has to offer. Highlights of the
menu include the pork tomahawk accompanied by a wholegrain mustard pomme purée, creamy sage
and onion jus, crispy pancetta and sage butter. The popular pinchos section now includes dishes like
grilled chistorra served with honey and feta. Not forgetting the star of the show – baked lobster,
smothered in rich tomato, basil and garlic butter, served with skinny, seaweed salt fries. Of course, guest
favourites like the Grand Carbonara and grilled souvlaki remain.

The drinks menu has also received a seasonal shake-up, with new additions that will pair perfectly with
warm, summer days like the frozen Aperol Bianco and the Lemon and Lavender martini. For those
looking for an alcohol-free alternative, the passion fruit, peach and pomegranate iced teas are a
must-try.

The Spring / Summer menu also brings about a new charity partnership for the restaurant and the third
in the Artezzan Simply Giving programme. For the next three months, 25p of every paella sold will be
donated to The Hospice of the Good Shepherd. The charity provides specialist palliative and end of life
care for the people, relatives and carers of Chester - you can find out more information here.

The new menu launch comes fresh off the back of the restaurant being shortlisted for Newcomer of the
year at the 2023 Catey Awards. The internationally renowned awards, viewed by many as the Oscars of
the hospitality industry, recognise the best of British hospitality, with the winners being announced at an
awards ceremony in London on 4th July.

On the new menu, Operations Director Jim Dorrington said “We’re so excited to reveal our new menu to our wonderful guests and highlight the creativity and innovation of our amazing kitchen and bar teams.

To be shortlisted for a Catey Award whilst launching this menu is such a testament to the hard work and
dedication our whole team has to delivering a consistently great Artezzan experience”.

The menu is available from 12pm Monday – Saturday, with a selection of dishes available on Sunday’s
alongside the famous Mediterranean Roast. The popular 2-course lunch offering has also been updated
with dishes from the new a la carte menu and is available Monday – Friday between 12pm – 5.30pm for
just £18.50.
