Location Hybrid Working - Flexible
Hours 37 hours per week 
Duration Fixed Term for 12 months with potential for extension
Salary c£60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

You’ll take on a strategic finance leadership role during a crucial phase of development for ECW. This new post supports our aim to build a strong financial foundation for any new structures resulting from the process.

As Financial Controller, you’ll ensure financial processes and governance are robust, forward-looking, and adaptable to change. You'll also play a key role in transferring financial functions and embedding organisational memory, supporting a smooth transition into new governance models.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and embedding financial systems and controls across the ECW Group
• Leading financial planning and analysis aligned with organisational goals
• Driving improvements in processes, procurement, and compliance
• Supporting governance, risk management and political accountability
• Leading the finance workstream for any structural changes
