12-Month Secondment Opportunity | September 2026 – August 2027

This is an exciting 12-month development opportunity to join the Cheshire and Warrington Careers Hub team, working at the heart of employer engagement across the region. The role is ideal for someone from a business-facing environment who wants to broaden their experience and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Working with employers, schools, colleges and partners, you will:

  • Support the development of future talent pipelines by building and strengthening  relationships with employers and business networks and by connecting education and business across Cheshire and Warrington.
  • Coordinate employer events, communications and networking opportunities.
  • Help develop resources, guidance and support that make it easier for employers to get involved.
  • Gather feedback and insights from employers to improve the Careers Hub offer.
  • Share examples of great employer engagement and celebrate success.

You may currently:

  • Work directly with employers, businesses or strategic partners.
  • Lead or coordinate partnerships, stakeholder engagement or business support programmes.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, bringing people together and turning ideas into action.
