Founded in 1903, The Institute of Directors is the member organisation for directors.
Governed by Royal Charter, it exists to promote good corporate governance through integrity and enterprise.
The central pillars of ‘Connect, Develop and Influence’ are the cornerstones of the IoD’s membership offering, providing opportunities for members to connect through regular thought leadership events and conferences, develop their leadership skills through a range of professional courses and influence government and industry on key issues via working groups and policy surveys.
The North West regional chair is Steve Bennet.
