Transformational Selling
Introducing you to the concepts of the Transformational approach to selling

The world of sales is changing. Advances in technology and access to information mean that customers have never been so well informed and the shift for many businesses towards subscription has changed the nature of both sales and the approach towards building relationships.
Whilst many businesses are still grappling with developing a consultative approach to sales, the best have started to adopt a more advanced form of consultative selling – Transformational Selling.
This session will introduce you to the concepts of the Transformational approach to selling and enable you to:
- Adopt the three core pillars of Transformational Selling and develop the behaviours of top sellers
- Redefine the relationships you build with your customers
- Gain greater clarity in developing and delivering your ‘value proposition’
- Craft compelling sales messaging
- Identify and target your ideal customer profile
- Develop effective approaches to sales outreach and new customer acquisition
- Manage your sales process effectively.
The session will be led by Steve Lowndes, Head of Sales Training at This Is Prime and author of ‘Transformational Selling; How to Adapt Your Sales Style to the New World’.
There will be a follow up session on Tuesday 4 March - 10am – 11am - To give delegates the opportunity to ask any questions after putting the training into practice.
