Crewe’s location makes the place a real gateway to the North of England

Crewe offers a £100m+ regeneration programme including over 20 projects principally led by Cheshire East Council with its own and other funding secured from the Government. Development of a Technology and Digital Innovation Campus (TADIC), a 13,000 sq ft new co-working / flexible space via upgrading existing current Municipal Building offices.

This is alongside a £30k High Streets grant scheme supporting businesses/organisations to take on vacant commercial town centre property, and over £100m committed in wider Crewe, including plans for Leighton Hospital as a 'Hospital 2.0' and ongoing investment into Bentley's Pyms Lane HQ and plant.
