Location: Cheshire & Warrington (Riverside Innovation Centre, Chester/Hybrid)
Hours: Full time (37 hours per week) Compressed Hours, Job Share & Secondments Considered
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £30 - £32,000 per annum (pay award pending)
About Us
We are the official DMO (Destination Management Organisation) officially recognised by Visit Britain as a Local Visitor Economy Partnership. We are responsible for building an effective tourism and place marketing strategy, promoting Chester, Cheshire, and Warrington as a great place to live, work, invest and visit, nationally and internationally to business, leisure visitors, and investors.

The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual that can apply their creative and content driven experience to this fast paced, multi-faceted role that spans creative and content creation, leading our creative output and contributing to the development of engaging and inspirational content.
You will be well versed with seeing creative from concept through to completion, with a strong eye for detail and can see the potential of your creative within the marketing sphere and how it drives results and metrics. Responsible for creative and content delivery across all our digital and campaign projects, you’ll also be a brand guardian, ensuring brand compliance across the business, and visually succinct campaign related content.
As an integral forward facing team member, you’ll be comfortable with quickly building relations internally and externally with our key stakeholders, digital partners, and suppliers, whilst also working closely with the wider team. You will be responsible for the development of creative assets from, guides, brochures, or key presentations and assets that promote Chester, Cheshire, and Warrington as a great place to live, work, invest and visit.
Amongst all this you’ll be an approachable, self-motivated, and outgoing team player that’s able to proactively take ownership of projects, lead on micro campaigns, and support county wide initiatives. This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week working from our Chester office.
