Skills Bootcamps - Training Providers
Work with us to deliver Skills Bootcamps
Cheshire and Warrington LEP have been awarded £1.2 million for the financial year 2023/24 from the Department for Education to deliver Skills Bootcamps (Wave 4) to over 350 learners in Cheshire and Warrington.
Cheshire and Warrington LEP is launching our Wave 4 open framework application process, and are open to receive bids of any potential scale, until the end of 2023. However, there are distinct points within the year where the LEP will consider all the proposals received and will make allocation decisions based on available funds at that moment in time and the grant award criteria.
The open framework has been designed to:
- maximise innovation from providers;
- maximise flexibility;
- provide clarity around deadlines for the remaining year;
- maintain the requirement for the Skills Bootcamps to be employer-led and backed by the local data and labour market information.
Cheshire and Warrington LEP are looking to offer Skills Bootcamps in the following areas:
- Digital
- Technical
- Construction
- Pathway to accelerated apprenticeships
- Green Skills
- Logistics (HGV)
- Other - We are also open to receive applications looking to pilot an alternative Skills Bootcamp area, subject to strong local employer demand.
