About this course
Change Management is associated with the effects and management of change; this is primarily within organisations where change can have greater impact. This qualification is based on the theory and application of change for the individual, change for the organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement and change management best practice.

Duration
This is an intensive two-day course that prepares you for the Change Management Practitioner examination. The training is conducted via a virtual training environment. You need to ensure that you can satisfy
the technical requirements that can be found on our website. In addition, whilst attending your course, there will also be some examination preparation evening work.
Exams are taken online via remote proctor. Two weeks prior to course commencement ILX will arrange for an exam voucher to be issued.
