Core tools certification training (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA AND PPAP)

This course is delivered by Industry Forum

Virtual
Certification from SMMT, the IATF approved oversight office in the UK

About this course

IATF 16949:2016 mandates the use of automotive core tools including FMEA, SPC and MSA within the framework of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) or project management.

While many companies attempt to implement the tools, many fail to reap the benefits of continual improvement, defect prevention and the reduction in variation and waste. This is often because of a lack of competence in the effective use of the tools and their interactions.

Industry Forum is the only training provider in the UK sanctioned to deliver SMMT Oversight approved core tools training and certification.

This five-day course covers all the core tools using a "learn by doing" teaching approach. After short teach points delegates practice the use of the tools using case studies and delegate exercises.

Certification: Delegates passing the application exam at the end of the course receive certification from SMMT, the IATF approved oversight office in the UK.
